The nineteenth arcana
represents my vision of myself in the context of the previous arcana's meaning.
It is a kind of self-portrait of my own distortion, but it can be applied to
any person, as Ol Sonuf Vaoresagi is an archetype or mold of such a state. The
card is dominated by dark tones, from brownish-red to black. The letter D
indicates control over discontinuity, or non-linear time flow and existence
projection. The prominent, enormous phallus represents a focus on projection
and the exercise of power.
In
divination, this card indicates the distortion of the one asking the questions,
rather than someone else. It warns that you are becoming unbearable,
self-centered, greedy, and striving for dominance over others, which can take
on a sadistic character. It may also signify mental disturbances. Control
yourself and seek professional help. The spirit of this card appears as a
lower, dark-skinned man, full of himself, often changing his style of dress.
One of his specialties is psychoactive substances and plants of power. In this
regard, he can assist you with drug use or if you are involved in growing,
producing, or dealing in narcotics. If you wish to succeed in the drug
business, he is the right contact for you. He is also a protector of
prostitutes, so if you are involved in prostitution, you can seek his
protection, or—if you are a client—he can find a prostitute according to your
criteria. Additionally, his expertise extends to acting, art, rhetoric,
writing, so if you are engaged in those fields, the spirit of this arcana can
be very helpful. Thus, his domain includes prostitution, drug trade, drug use
in general, art, theater, film, publishing, and also politics, or any creative
public activity. Hence, this spirit also has a quite positive and creative
side. His flaw is that he is capricious and can abruptly withdraw support if
you cease to interest him. His words are...(The words are given in the book).
